This matter is a petition for review of an adjudication of the Environmental Hearing Board (EHB) that dismissed the appeal of B & R Resources, LLC (B & R) and Richard F. Campola (Campola) of a Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) administrative order (the Administrative Order) issued pursuant to Section 3253 of the oil and gas statutes enacted by Act 13 of February 14, 2012, P.L. 87 (the 2012 Oil and Gas Act), 58 Pa.
