LaBarge Products, Inc. (LaBarge) appeals from a November 23, 1992 decision of the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (Board). In its decision, the Board denied LaBarge’s appeal of the contracting officer’s final decision rejecting LaBarge’s claim for reformation of its contract with the United States Army to provide a quantity of pipe couplings.'
