Nearly three years ago, plaintiff Faye Rubin, represented by counsel, brought this employment-related discrimination action against Abbott Laboratories (“Abbott”) alleging that she was discriminated and retaliated against on the basis of her gender or pregnancy, that she experienced a hostile work environment, and that she was denied of equal pay in violation of federal, state, and municipal laws.
