Relators, Education Management Corp., Inc. (EMC), The Art Institutes Interna tional, Inc. (All), and The Art Institute of Houston (AIH), filed this petition for -writ of mandamus seeking to vacate the trial court’s order denying their amended motion to compel arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA).
