delivered the opinion.

This is a proceeding in the name of the state, upon the relation of private parties, before the State Board of Medical Examiners, to have the medical license of O. B. Estes revoked for dishonorable and unprofessional conduct, alleged to have been committed by unlawfully producing an abortion.
