MEMORANDUM AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
ROBINSON, District Judge.
Plaintiff David L. Bell brings this action against the City of Topeka 1 alleging un reasonable use of force, negligent training, and negligent supervision resulting from plaintiffs arrest in March 2004. This matter comes before the Court on defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 85). For the reasons set forth below, the Court grants defendant’s motion and dismisses this action.
