This case comes before the Court on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 41) on plaintiffs Complaint, alleging violations of the Family Medical Leave Act1 (“FMLA”), and the Americans with Disabilities Act2 (“ADA”). Plaintiff previously voluntarily dismissed her claim under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.3 Plaintiff has responded and moves for leave to file a surreply (Doc. 50).
