This cause is heard on a writ of error to review the judgment of the circuit court of Franklin County, confirming the decision of the Industrial Commission in certain consolidated cases, awarding workmen’s compensation to claimant Cecil Arview, payable solely from his employer, the respondent Old Ben Coal Corporation.
