SANDSTROM, Justice.

[¶ 1] Julian Keller appeals a district court judgment after a jury found him guilty of driving under the influence. Concluding the district court properly admitted Keller’s chemical blood test, we affirm.

[¶ 2] In June 2012, Keller was charged with driving under the influence. At the jury trial, the State introduced exhibit 1, which included a statement from a forensic scientist assigned by the State Toxicologist certifying that the State Toxicologist-approved steps were taken in analyzing Keller’s blood sample.
