Rolf Larsen (Claimant) petitions for review of an order of the State Employees’ Retirement Board (SERB) denying his requests: (1) to use his termination date as his effective date of retirement; and (2) to have the amounts paid to him as unvouch-ered expense allowances included as compensation and in the calculation of his final average salary. We affirm.
