James Martsolf (Martsolf) petitions for review of an order of the State Employees’ Retirement Board (Board) determining that a lump sum settlement payment from the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) was not compensation within the meaning set forth by the State Employees’ Retirement Code (Code). 1 Finding no error in the Board’s decision, we affirm.
