OPINION

KLINGEMAN, Justice.

This is a teacher termination case. Appellant John S. McConnell brought suit in the district court of Bexar County, Texas, seeking a temporary restraining order, temporary injunction and permanent injunction requiring his reinstatement as a teacher, back pay, and attorney’s fees. Both the temporary restraining order and the temporary injunction were denied after hearing. Appellant subsequently filed a motion for summary judgment which was also denied by the trial court.
