In this action, plaintiff ReMedPar, Inc. (“RMP”) has filed a Verified Complaint asserting federal claims against defendants AllParts Medical, LLC and Thomas Camacho (collectively, “Defendants”) for violations of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (“CFAA”), 18 U.S.C. § 1030, as well as supplemental state-law claims based upon violation of the Tennessee Uniform Trade Secrets Act and the Tennessee Personal and Commercial Computer Act.
