Following a jury trial, plaintiff-appellant Nobuo Miyamoto (Nobuo) appeals from the March 5, 2001 final judgment of the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit, the Honorable Joseph E. Cardoza presiding, in favor of defendantSTappellees Kenneth W. Lum, Sr. and Alejandro Lazo, D.C. (Dr. Lazo) (collectively, the defendants) in this negligence action.
