The defendant in error purchased of J. B. Ehrsam & Sons, for use in his flouring-mill, two “Wolf gyrators.” The purchase was made upon the following written order and letter of acceptance :,“J. B. Ehrsam & Sons,. Enterprise, Kan:

“Gentlemen — I herewith place my order for the following Wolf gyrators :
“1 No. 6-20 sieve 4 reduction machine.
“1 No. 6-30 sieve 6 reduction machine.
“The price of the above machines is to be $875, f. o. b. cars East St. Louis.
