This action was instituted by Mlaggie Beeler, administratrix of her deceased husband, E. C. Beeler, against the Cumberland- Telephone & Telegraph Company and the Louisville Home Telephone Company, to recover damages, for the death of her husband, which occurred in Louisville, Jefferson county, Ky., and which- is alleged to have resulted from the joint negligence of the two companies.
