Joey Lee Pulliam was found guilty by a jury of leaving the scene of an accident which resulted in serious injury (Count 1, a felony under OCGA § 40-6-270 (b)) and leaving the scene of an accident resulting in damage to a vehicle (Count 2, a misdemeanor under OCGA § 40-6-270 (c) (l)).
