These suits are here on appeals from interlocutory decrees overruling the defendants’ exceptions and confirming the master’s report, and from final decrees in favor of the plaintiffs.

The bill of complaint against the defendant Arba S. Baldwin was filed in the Supreme Judicial Court on July 23, 1920. Upon the completion of the pleadings the cause was referred to a master “to find the facts, and report the same to the court, together with so much of the evidence as, in his opinion, may be necessary to present any question of law which may be raised by the exceptions that may be taken by either…
