RULING ON MOTION TO INSPECT AND COPY GRAND JURY MATERIALS
JOSÉ A. CABRANES, District Judge:
The attorneys general of fifteen states commenced this proceeding pursuant to Rule 6(e), Fed.R.Crim.P., and Section 4F(b) of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 15f(b). They moved the court for an order allowing them to inspect and copy all grand jury materials, including transcripts of the testimony of grand jury witnesses, and documents and exhibits gathered or generated pursuant to a federal grand jury’s investigation of Cuisinarts, Inc.
