In this action, Plaintiffs, Trustees of Iron Workers’ Local 15 and 424 Pension, Extended Benefit, Annuity and Apprentice Training Funds (the “Funds”), seek to recover from Defendants as officers and directors of Jet Erectors, Inc., contributions that Jet Erectors allegedly failed to make to the Funds on behalf of its former employees. Suit was originally filed in Connecticut state court and asserted only a claim under Connecticut General Statutes § 31-89a(b).
