MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

The Plaintiffs commenced this action on January 27, 2011, seeking to recover from *254the Defendants, jointly and severally, unpaid contributions owed to the Plaintiff Funds, pursuant to Sections 502(a)(3) and 515 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), as amended, 29 U.S.C. §§ 1132(a)(3) and 1145. Presently before the Court is the Plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment, which is opposed by two of the three defendants — Coral Industries Inc. (“Coral”) and Michael N. Babino Jr. (“Michael Jr.”).
