This action was brought to recover $1,000 actual and $500 exemplary damages for injury alleged to have been suffered by plaintiff on account of a trespass by defendant’s hogs. The summons was served personally September 25, 1919. The default of the defendant was entered October 18. On October 25- a trial was had and verdict returned for the plaintiff for the full amount of his claim. Judgment was entered in accordance with the verdict October 28.
