Plaintiffs Anthony Robinson; his wife, Edith Robinson; and Ms. Robinson’s daughters, Calizza Whitaker and Shondretta Whitaker, appeal from the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to defendants Bridgestone/Firestone North American Tire, L.L.C. (“Firestone”), Littleton Service Center (“Littleton”), and Luther Alston based on the court’s determination that plaintiffs’ products liability claims are barred by the six-year statute of repose set out in N.C.
