RUIZ, Associate Judge:

Appellant Minda Massengale, and appel-lee, Marteal Pitts, were involved in an automobile accident at the intersection of 13th Street and Michigan Avenue, N.E. Minda Massengale sued Pitts for damages resulting from the collision, and her husband, Jack Massengale, sued for loss of consortium. Following a bench trial, the court found that Pitts had been negligent and Massengale contributorily negligent at the time the accident occurred.
