MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
PATRICK F. KELLY, Chief Judge.
There are currently three sets of motions relating to substantive matters before the court. First, several of the defendants have moved for summary judgment based on the perceived incapacity of the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) in its corporate role. Second, defendant LaForge has moved for summary judgment on the basis of the statute of limitations.
