KELLAM, District Judge.

Eloise A. Jacobs seeks to recover of defendants damages for alleged (a) discrimination against her in pay because of her sex, 1 (b) discrimination against her because of her age, 2 and (c) violation of her constitutional rights by failing to give her proper notice that her contract would not be renewed. 3 Upon motion, the Court dismissed the action based on any allegation of a violation of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2(a) for failure to follow the provisions relating to notice, 4 and Count III as to any claim against the College or other named defendants in their…
