This case involves several claims of discrimination asserted against the Rector and Board of Visitors (“the Board”) of the University of Virginia (“UVA”) and certain Deans and faculty members of the UVA School of Architecture, Department of Urban Planning (also “Department”), by Plaintiff Collin pursuant to Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
