MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN F. GRADY, District Judge.
Before the court is the motion to compel of plaintiff Kenneth M. Erase as Special Administrator for the Estate of Donald Erase (“Erase”). For the reasons explained below, we grant Erase’s motion.
BACKGROUND
We will assume that the reader is familiar with our opinion in Krase v. Life Ins. Co. of North America, No. 11 C 7659, 2012 WL 4483506 (N.D.Ill.
