The defendant appeals from his conviction by a jury of two counts of sexual assault in violation of 13 V.S.A. § 3252(1) (A). He challenges the conviction on four grounds. First, he contends that the trial court incorrectly denied his motion for exclusion of his prior criminal record. Second, he contends that the prosecutor’s closing argument contained improper comments on the defendant’s decision not to testify.
