The plaintiff appeals from the decision of a Superior Court judge granting the defendants’ special motion to dismiss, pursuant to G. L. c. 231, § 59H. The judge declined to grant the defendants’ motion for costs and attorney’s fees. The defendants now seek costs and attorney’s fees for the trial and the appeal. We transferred the case to this court on our own *344motion. We now affirm the decision allowing the defendants’ special motion to dismiss.
