This appeal calls for the construction of certain provisions in G. S. 1941 Supp. 79-1517, which specify the mode of appeal from orders of the tax commission to the district court.
J. J. Grueter, a resident of Sedgwick county, died testate on March 27, 1940. His will was duly admitted to probate in the probate court of Sedgwick county.
