Plaintiffs’ evidence, taken as true, establishes these facts: During the first week in January 1959 the furnace began to operate unsatisfactorily. Some rooms were hot and some cold. In consequence of plaintiffs’ complaint to defendant, a representative of Garmon Furnace Company came out on two occasions, inspected the registers, and disappeared under the house for an interval. On January 12, 1959, the date of the second visit, the representative’s attention was called to sooty deposits on the rugs and the furniture.
