This is an original action commenced in this court by the state of Oklahoma ex rel. Mark Goode, Roscoe 0. Ar-rington, Park Wyatt, J. D. _ Lydick, E. E. Hood, Alex Fisher, Louis Harkey, and J. Harmon Lewis to disbar T. G. Cutlip, a member of the bar of Pottawatomie county. The petition contained ten separate and distinct charges. The case was referred to a referee, who heard the testimony and made findings of fact, finding the defendant guilty on all charges except counts Nos. 5, 8, and charge No. 9, which was withdrawn, and recommending disbarment of defendant.
