State ex rel. Oklahoma Bar Ass'n v. Hatcher

This action involves a review by this court of proceedings instituted by the Executive Council or Central Committee of the Oklahoma Bar Association, wherein charges of professional misconduct were filed against Ben N. Hatcher, O. E. Hatcher, and George D. Davis, all members of the Oklahoma Bar Association from Oklahoma County, as provided by the Rules Creating, Controlling and Regulating the Oklahoma Bar Association, as reported in the Oklahoma Bar Journal, vol, 18, No. 8, page 240, on February 22, 1947.
