This appeal and cross-appeal present several issues concerning the circuit court’s order compelling arbitration pursuant to an arbitration clause in the parties’ lease agreement and subsequent order confirming the resulting arbitration award. With regard to the issues presented by respondents’ appeal, we affirm.
