In this forcible entry and wrongful detainer (FED) action, plaintiff Federal National Mortgage Association appeals a judgment denying its claim to possession of property to which it obtained a deed after a nonjudicial foreclosure. The trial court ruled that the nonjudicial foreclosure was invalid — and plaintiffs claim of possession therefore failed — because Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
