This is a personal injury suit, resulting in a verdict and judgment for the defendant, and the plaintiff has appealed. The defendant pleaded a settlement and release, to which the plaintiff responded, alleging that the release was procured by fraud, and that at the time of the alleged settlement and release her mind was so enfeebled that she did not comprehend what she was doing, and that the same was not binding upon her.
