This matter comes before the Court on the Motion for Summary Judgment brought by Defendants U-Haul Co. of Indiana, Inc. and U-Haul International, Inc. (collectively, U-Haul). Plaintiff Austin Rock (Rock) resists, and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm) joins that resistance. The Court held a hearing on the Motion on May 10, 2013. Attorneys James E.
