OPINION
LESLIE, Judge.
Plaintiff Bethesda Lutheran Church filed this action against Twin City Construction Company which in turn filed a complaint against third-party defendant Building Specialties. After trial the jury delivered a verdict finding both defendant and third-party defendant negligent and assessing damages. The trial court made additional findings of fact with its conclusions of law and order for judgment.
