Appellant Mark VII Distributors, Inc., appeals from the order granting summary judgment in favor of Appellee Guinness Import Company and dismissing Appellee Des-noes & Geddes, Ltd., for lack of personal jurisdiction. Mark VII Distributors, Inc.
