Michael J. Molaro was convicted of possession with intent to distribute amphetamines. Molaro asserts three errors.
During an undercover surveillance operation of a shopping center parking lot, investigators observed Molaro arrive at 10:30 p.m., after most businesses had closed. Blackwell v. State, 229 Ga. App. 452 (494 SE2d 269) (1997). One officer testified that the location was a “high crime” area.
