MACK, Associate Judge:

Three police officers, armed with a search warrant, seized heroin, cocaine and a loaded pistol from an apartment in Northeast Washington. Appellants Patricia Curry, James Jones and Wayne Washington were each charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute, 1 possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, 2 possession of an unregistered firearm, 3 and unlawful possession of ammunition. 4 The jury found Jones and Washington guilty as charged.
