OPINION OF THE COURT

DELL’ORTO, Judge:

In accordance with his pleas, the appellant was found guilty, at a general court-martial composed of officer members, of eight specifications of wrongfully obtaining telephone services under false pretenses, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934 (1982) [hereinafter UCMJ]. The appellant was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for twelve months, and total forfeitures.
