This is a suit brought by the Pennsylvania Railroad Company as libellant (hereinafter called “Pennsylvania” or “libellant”) against a steamer, the S.S. Beatrice (hereinafter called “the Beatrice”), and its owner, A. H. Bull Steamship Co., Inc. (hereinafter called “Bull”), and against the Tug Lester J.
