JAMESON, District Judge:
This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiffs-appellees (Atlántica), owners of the vessel M/V Hoegh Traveller in an admiralty action to recover damages sustained by the Traveller while undocking at Pork Newark with the assistance of the Tug Claire A. Moran, owned by defendant-appellant (Moran). 1
Statement of Facts
On the morning of February 2, 1966 the Traveller completed loading a cargo of scrap metal at Berth 27, Port Newark. At the request of Atlantica’s local agent, Otto Fuerst, Moran was hired to furnish tug assistance in undocking and the tug Claire A.…
