This matter comes before the Court on defendant Michael R. Huffman’s Motion to Dismiss (doc. 15). The Motion has been briefed and is now ripe for disposition.1

This action arises from an alleged oral profit-sharing agreement by certain contractors involved in the DEEPWATER HORIZON oil spill clean-up dating back to 2010.
