On September 19, 1906, the appellees, who are creditors of Charles W. Jenkins, filed a bill in equity in the Circuit Court of Loudoun county against him and his son, Henry G. Jenkins, and Henry. Copperthite, the appellant, and certain trustees, to set aside a deed of bargain and sale from Charles W.
