ROTH, Judge:
11 Claud R. Koerber and Jewel K. Skousen (Tenants) appeal from several orders and rulings of the district court related to their dispute with Naney A,. Mismash (Landlord).We affirm in part, vacate in part, and remand the matter to the district court.
BACKGROUND
T2 Tenants and Landlord entered into a rental agreement for a house in August 2010. Tenants agreed to pay $2,000 per month in rent, pay for all of their utilities directly, and abide by certain conditions such as abstaining from making any repairs or alterations to the premises.
