This suit, was instituted in the district court of Carter county, Obla., May 19, 1920, by the plaintiffs C. R. Smith and Earl Q. Gray, defendants in error, paintiffs in the lower court; against Lena O. Whitmore, plaintiff in error, defendant in the lower court, alleging that they were the owners of seven-eights interest in the life estate and six-sevenths interest in the remainder of certain real estate situated in the city of Ardmore, Carter county, Obla., and that the defendant, plaintiff in error, is the owner of the remaining interest in such property.
