In this construction contract dispute, defendants, Theodore P. and Constance M. Snow (owners), appeal the judgment entered after a trial to the court in favor of plaintiff, Flagstaff Enterprises Construction, Inc. (builder). We affirm.
The parties entered into an oral agreement for builder to sell the owners land and build a home for them on the land. It is undisputed that the original price of the land and the home was $210,000, which later increased to $215,020.
